Minutes~ May 20, 2009~~

Meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m.
Members present:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~David Harris, Laura FitzGerald- Kemmett, John Kemmett, William Clay (left at 7:10 and returned at 7:40), Robert Sears,Bill Strait, Allan Clemons (arrived at 7:12),~Patty Norton, Phlip Lindquist

This meeting was an informational session for the public and was advertised as such~.
Bob addressed the audience (approximately 8 -10 attendees -- I was remiss in not passing around a sign-in sheet)~ on the history of the CPA and what it does and doesn’t do. (a handout was distributed) He introduced the members of the CPC and what it has done to date and what its duties are.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Budget for 2009:~ $135,371, plus interest of $185,for a total of $135,556.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Budget for 2010; $175,440, 10% ($18,318) each for open space, housing, and historical) and $8700 for~ expenses, leaving a balance of $111,786 after the afore mentioned deductions.

Phil Lindquist reviewed the pre-application, cover letter and application -- line-by line, page-by page. Copies were distributed to the attendees
